Ok, I read 10 of the 20 pages so maybe I missed this:
We have corp hanger #4 set up as a free-to-all, hanger #1 is high sec for directors only. Now anybody who tries to access any of the hangers gets a message saying they need to have take access to division 1 hanger. The only we've found to grant access to hanger #4 was to grant access to hanger #1 as well.
Why is this? Are we missing something or did CCP screw up something?

I filed the same thing as #39142, complete with a log, and got the following reply:
"We are already aware of this problem, and have added your bugreport to the existing issue in our defect tracking system."
What gives?
I got this back this morning after re-submitting the bug report
